ONLINE TEAM CHECK-IN

All teams need to check-in online through Advanced Event Systems prior to credential pick-up. Online check-in will allow us to have your club credentials prepared accurately for a smooth pick-up.

CLUB CREDENTIAL PICK-UP (CLUB CHECK-IN)

A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for ALL teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.
**Individual teams will not be permitted to pick up credentials; ENTIRE CLUB CREDENTIAL PICK-UP ONLY

All clubs will also need to turn in a Club Directors Sign-Off Form. You may include all of your teams on one form at credential pick-up.​

Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Friday, March 13: 4:00p – 8:00p at IX Center
Saturday, March 14: 6:30a – 2:30p at IX Center

TEAM CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION (FACILITY ENTRANCE)

​Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.

Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given an “2-Day Wristband” that must be worn on the wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
