HOUSING INFO

The Nike Circuit is excited to host your club, athletes and parents.  All Nike Circuit events have a Housing Requirement for acceptance into a given event.  All clubs that are based 75 miles from the event venue are required to book their hotels with The Nike Circuit via Heads in Beds. This is a requirement for events throughout the country to control costs with guaranteed lowest rates for families & clubs attending Nike Circuit events.

We are the Event Operators AND the Housing Coordinators

What separates us from all other events is OUR OWN IN-HOUSE housing staff, ready to provide the best hands-on experience throughout the housing process.  We are here to take care of your housing needs! BOOK HERE or email Kathy@TheNikeCircuit.com.

How does The Nike Circuit Housing get me the best deal?
Our housing department works hand in hand with the local Sports Commission / Visitors Bureau to negotiate discounted rates to provide our guests with the lowest room rates in the city.

Our team continuously runs rate checks throughout the contract dates to ensure the hotels are meeting their obligation to provide our guests with the lowest group rate on the rooms, only available through HEADS IN BEDS.

*This does not include government rates, AAA, AARP, and employee rates.

When an event does not negotiate and contract with the local hotels, it gives the hotels an opportunity to collectively increase rates and gauge the overnight guests. To provide affordable rates at the nearest and best hotel properties, we have negotiated the lowest rates available over the event dates. To continue and help clubs save on hotel rates, this is why clubs outside of 75 miles are required to book within our housing block.

Being able to provide accurate overnight guest numbers for attendance allows us to have greater negotiating power with the Convention Center, increasing our long-term contracting ability for this and other venues in the future. In addition, this allows us to leverage our bargaining power with hotels, thereby keeping your room rates as low as possible.

There are some hotels that are not within the Housing Block, why is that?
There are a few reasons why a hotel may not be a part of our sponsored hotel list:

  • The hotel submitted an unreasonable room rate we did not want to offer our guests.

  • The hotel was unable to offer room types that teams typically need (rooms with 2 beds).

  • The hotel did not submit a proposal for rooms.

  • The hotel did not meet the safety and/or quality standards that we strive to offer our guests.

  • The hotel would not agree to the contract terms required by The Nike Circuit.

How many rooms are required to book to be accepted into the event?
Each team registered is required to book a minimum of 7 rooms per night.  These rooms can be made up of parents’ rooms, team rooms (players staying together), and/or coaches’ rooms.
Team room totals are based on each individual team and not on a club basis, so the specific team that you are booking for must be selected when making the reservation. Therefore, for a 2-Day Event, if a club is entering 4 teams into the tournament they must book 7 rooms per team per night for a minimum of 56 room nights (4 teams X 7 rooms = 28 rooms X 2 nights = 56 total room nights).
