ONLINE TEAM CHECK-IN
All teams need to check-in online through Advanced Event Systems prior to credential pick-up. Online check-in will allow us to have your club credentials prepared accurately for a smooth pick-up.
January 16th, 2026 - 9:00am EST: Online Check-In Opens

Insured Event Club Directors Sign-Off Form
CLUB CREDENTIAL PICK-UP (CLUB CHECK-IN)
A coach, club director or team representative will need to pick-up credentials for ALL teams and wristbands for coaches at the designated times seen below.
** Individual teams will not be permitted to pick up credentials; ENTIRE CLUB CREDENTIAL PICK-UP ONLY **
All clubs will also need to turn in a Club Directors Sign-Off Form, signed by the club director. You may include all of your teams on one form at club check-in, if the form is not emailed beforehand.
Credential Pick-Up Dates/Times:
Friday, January 23rd: 4:00p - 8:00p at Oklahoma City Convention Center
Saturday, January 24th: 6:30a - PM Wave at Oklahoma City Convention Center
TEAM CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION (FACILITY ENTRANCE)
Players must have their “Team Pass” credential to gain access to the facility. No exceptions.
Coaches/Adult Roster Members will be given a “Weekend Wristband”, good for all event days, that must be worn on their wrist to gain access to the facility throughout the weekend.
